[gdm3] Some proposed fixes concerning i18n

Hi,

I'm glad to see that you're working on getting a recent gdm packaged for
debian. Currently I'm running a slightly modified version of your
(unreleased) 2.30.0-1 package which is beside some issues concerning the
gconf-defaults (but this is not a topic now) pretty usable.

My modifications are trying to ease the maintainance of translations for
gdmsetup you've added recently to the package. Currently the
translations for the .desktop file as well as for the binary have to be
done in the gdm main-po-file, what will cause troubles to if upstream
changes some translations, and I think it will be harder to find some
people to start adding the translation for gdmsetup, because the file
contains a lot of strings. 

I'm attaching three files, one is simply a german po-file for
debian/default.desktop.in.

The second one (called 91_gdmsetup_i18n.patch) is the patch I'm
proposing to improve the above mentioned situation. It will add a
po-gdmsetup directory where the po-files for gdmsetup-related files will
reside. Currently it only contains a german version. 

The third one is called 92_rerelibtoolize.patch, needed only if you do
not want to run autoreconf etc. again for yourself, needed because the
first patch will make modifications to Makefile.am, configure.ac, and
gui/gdmsetup/Makefile.am.

I hope you'll find the mentioned files/patches useful.
