[gdm3] Some proposed fixes concerning i18n

Thank you for pointing me at it. I've tried it, but it did not get the
strings of neither the gdmsetup.ui nor the gdmsetup.desktop.in, files
that are containing most of the strings for translation.

Anyhow a patch or a modified version of 13_gdmsetup.patch will be
required, because the gui/gdmsetup/Makefile.am defines 
-DGNOMELOCALEDIR=\""$(gdmlocaledir)"\" while it should be -DGNOMELOCALEDIR=\""$(datadir)/locale"\"

I'm attaching a german translation of the gdmsetup related files which is covering all strings.
