Bug#595087: Please port to libupower-glib

gdm3 currently uses libdevkit-power-gobject.
This is the old API provided by upower to ease transitioning until all
apps have been ported to libupower-glib.

We want to get rid of libdevkit-power-gobject, so gdm3 should be ported
to use the new API.
