Bug#595088: Please port to libupower-glib

gnome-session currently uses libdevkit-power-gobject.
This is the old API provided by upower to ease transitioning until all
apps have been ported to libupower-glib.

We want to get rid of libdevkit-power-gobject, so gnome-session should be
ported to use the new API.
