Bug#565377: Problems with gtk-doc 1.13

Hi Stefan,

the latest upload of gtk-doc-tools in Debian has caused quite a bit of problems.

Would you mind looking at those two issues:

I'd be interested in your opinion as upstream how these bugs are supposed to be
