gtkmm 2.22.0 package

Hey,
  I'm an Ubuntu developer and was asked to take a look at one of
packages that fail to build in Ubuntu. In order to fix it I have to get
the updated gtkmm and one new dependency - atkmm (which got split from
gtkmm during 2.22 development cycle).
  I'd like to work on both atkmm packaging and gtkmm update but I'm
writing first to see if maybe someone's already on it. If not, do you
have some comments how should I work on it?
