Bug#601461: update-manager-gnome: Many options currently not translatable.

update-manager has still many entries showing in English on its GUI and a
couple in console (update-manager --help).

Currently, when running 'intltool-update -m' in the source package (update-
manager-0.200.4), this is the output:

The following files contain translations and are currently not in use. Please
consider adding these to the POTFILES.in file, located in the po/ directory.

tests/Util/humanize.py

If some of these files are left out on purpose then please add them to
POTFILES.skip instead of POTFILES.in. A file 'missing' containing this list
of left out files has been written in the current directory.

Besides that, many options in the code probably ain't marked as translatable
because they don't offer an entry in the .pot/.po files.

I checked this with an updated translation (see http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-
bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=601458 ).
