    Epiphany starts but won't display on DISPLAY :0.

The process is running, but nothing is on screen.  dbus-monitor shows method org.freedesktop.Epiphany being
called I think, but no reponse.  Finally I decided to kill it and get a dump, here is the

    Something extremely perplexing to me is that epiphany _does_ start
in a VNC session running under a different user on the same machine!
