gnome-shell-extensions 3.2.0 works fine with gnome-shell 3.2.1, so there
is no mismatch.
extensions declare in their metadata.json file which version of
gnome-shell they are compatible with. So you can't actually enable a
incompatible version.
That all said, I'm not able to reproduce your problem. Please enable the
extensions one by one to find out which extensions causes the problem.
Do you by chance have locally installed extensions in
~/.local/share/gnome-shell/extensions/ ?
