Bug#721389: system-config-printer: Should be in Section: admin, not Section: python

Package: system-config-printer
Version: 1.4.1-3
Severity: minor

Judging from the description of the package, it should be in Section:
admin, not Section: python; it has nothing at all to do with Python
programming. In fact I'd also question what useful purpose the
description mentioning that the program is written in Python has.
