Bug#692453: bug in gnome-control-center was the root cause

Hi,

This is follow-up to 
 * ibus bug #715568 and 
 * gnome-control-center bug #692453

after fixing segfault in gnome-control-center region code.
(My proposed patch at http://bugs.debian.org/692453)

Now I checked IM switching under KDE and XFce.

KDE:
IM switching via SUPER-SPACE: OK
Pop-up notification at the screen center: Yes
Icon notification in the tray area: Yes
XKB seems always use English ... probably bug in other parts

XFce:
IM switching via SUPER-SPACE: OK
Pop-up notification at the screen center: No
Icon notification in the tray area: Yes

Looks like quite usable and should not be the blocker.

Time to update ibus depending code to the latest versions.  These are
mostly packaged as team upload so I can do this.  But I have to synch
with gnome-* packages.

When all the experimental packages are ready, let's ask package
transition to unstable.
