I haven't heard any bad report after 0.1.10-4.1 was uploaded... not sure
about this specific issue, but I would vote just to consider it closed
as well, unless there is an explicit confirmation that courier still
experiences problems.
FWIW -- I am also running courier-imap from squeeze (4.8.0-3) with
libgamin0 0.1.10-4.1 -- and haven't had any problems
