FWIW: I've installed libgamin0 on a wheezy system last Friday and
haven't heard any user complaints yet.

# dpkg -l courier* libgamin0 | grep ^ii
ii courier-authdaemon 0.63.0-6+b1 amd64 Courier authentication daemon

ii courier-ssl 0.68.2-1 amd64 Courier mail server - SSL/TLS Support
ii libgamin0 0.1.10-4.1 amd64 Client library for the gamin file and directory monitoring system

So, closing this bug with 0.1.10-4.1 also sounds reasonable to me.
