Bug#717035: gnome-session-fallback: gnome-panel crashes when moved to side (fallback mode)

Dear Maintainer,

I moved a gnome-panel to the left which includes the applet ”Window list“.
After that this applet caused a reproducible crash everytime a window is
opened. I assume the applet isn't able to display the window list such small.

The applet is working as expected in top/bottom position.
