gtkspell3 soname bump / transition?

After digging a bit to try to find out why one of my packages (gnote)
wouldn't migrate to testing, it looks like a package that it depends
on (libgtkspell3-3-0, built from src:gtkspell3) went through a soname
bump without any sort of coordinated transition (library was renamed
from libgtkspell-3-0 to libgtkspell3-3-0 in version 3.0.2-1); this is
also blocking gtranslator and almanah from migrating to testing. What
needs to be done now to get these packages to migrate to testing?
