Bug#743810: Visual artifacts in gnome shell activities view

I can also reproduce this issue on my second notebook, a Chromebook
Falco (HP Chromebook 14-Q030SG).

The corruption looked similar when I tested with one display but since
it looks quite a bit different when I use two displays I'll attach yet
another screencast.
