I have added a slightly cut-down version of zlib.js to
debian/missing-sources/zlib.js-0.1.6, please review.

I removed that precompiled jar file to avoid having to find *its* source
code, the pre-minified JavaScript other than rawinflate because I have
not verified that their complete source code is included, and the
regression tests just to save some space.

debian/missing-sources/README contains a command-line which produces
sufficiently similar output that I think we can be reasonably confident
that this is in fact the source code.
