Either close it, or if you want to be more advanced:
reassign it to frglrx-driver - (force)merge it with the
existing bug and then tag that bug as affects emerillon.

If I where you I'd just close it (which you do by sending a
mail to 751690-done at bugs.debian.org stating your reason).
