We should follow the procedure, aren't we? And the Debian docs at the
https://wiki.debian.org/DebianMentorsFaq#How_do_I_adopt_an_existing_package.3F
say it should be O: or RFA: bug to be renamed, then closed by upload. I
never adopted any package so forgive me being not smart enough. Thank you
