We do not patch ./configure directly but resort to dh-autoreconf in such
cases for two reasons
1/ The patch doesn't need updates on each new upstream release
2/ It's simpler to forward the patch to upstream


And yes, seahorse already uses dh-autoreconf, so you can drop the bits
which touch ./configure.
