I see that a patch for gcr has been proposed upstream for gcr, which
strips the mnemonics as long as gnome-shell doesn't support them properly.

I think with this patch, all bits and pieces should be ready and I'll
see if can can tie all this together and make uploads for gcr and
gnome-keyring.
