Are all the prompts en_US or just some of them?  Are the button labels
en_US?  Those strings should be supplied by the gnupg2 source package,
aiui -- gpg-agent passes them through to pinentry.  what version of
gpg-agent and gnupg2 binary packages do you have installed?
