Bug#804152: nautilus: Clicking to start Nautilus from the Favorite Dock does nothing if Nautilus is running in a different workspace

I have the gnome shell set up to go to the application if I click on the
Favorites Dock and the Application is already running.  It works well with other
applications even if they are in different workspaces.  The click causes the
workspace to change.

With Nautilus that doesn't happen.  Nothing happens.

The net result from a user perspective is utter confusion.  Especially if the
Nautilus Window is hidden by another window, the thumbnail of the other
workspaces do not show it anywhere, and yet it won't start.
