Bug#865491: gnome-control-center: can still read network history if the "cancel" button is clicked for authentication

Dear Maintainer,

Hi there!

I am pretty sure that this bug is related to gnome-control-center, but there is
a possibility that it is related to seahorse instead.

To reproduce the bug: I started up the system settings, went to Network.
Clicked on Wi-Fi on the left. Clicked History (lower right). Clicked the gear
icon on one of the wireless networks. I was asked for the administrator's
password (exact message was "System policy prevents modification of network
settings for all users") and just hit "Cancel". I was shown a window containing
network attributes anyway. I tried entering the real root password and the same
window popped up.

I am assuming this is a bug because the same dialog is shown when the real root
password is entered, and I couldn't find a solution in yelp.

The same bug also applies when I click the gear on an item in the list directly
under the Wi-Fi tab. If I type an incorrect password, I get an error message,
but the window still shows up when I hit "Cancel". This bug happens if I am
connected or if I am not connected.

I would have expected the seahorse popup to go away when I hit cancel.
