Bug#865491: gnome-control-center: can still read network history if the "cancel" button is clicked for authentication

I noticed something else - the password is shown under the "Security"
tab in the popup when the root password is entered, but if "Cancel" is
selected, the password entry in the "Security" tab is blank with a red
outline.
