I'm experiencing the same problem as well.

It started yesterday after and upgrade/dist-upgrade. I have 4.9.0-6/5/4 and
they all give me the same problem
Actually yesterday if I waited ~5 minutes the login screen would eventually
show up. This is not the case anymore this morning (and I didn't change
anything... ).
"journalctl - b" shows the same loop that Manuel posted.

Do you have any suggestions on how to debug this?
