Bug#1007245: gnome-control-center: Update to 42

Hi,

The absence of the latest version of LDB (which is compatible with the
Python 3.10 version) is causing the Gnome Control Center to be missing
in unstable. Is the package maintainer aware of this? If not and if he
uses Gnome in Unstable he will stay. This would also be important for
the transition from Python to 3.10.
Upgrading this it's part of the Gnome transition as well, and it's
important for the gnome-control-center upgrade. The current version
breaks with Python 3.10 which is still having a transition in
progress.
