Please remove geary on armel and armhf.

geary is a leaf package. Some change in build dependencies within the
past several months is causing one of the build tests to fail. The
Debian GNOME team does not have the time or interest to investigate
further and it seems better to remove this app from these
architectures rather than ignoring the test failure at this time.
