A nonmaintainer closed #1130861 ?

Dear Debian GNOME maintainers, A certain Dawid Kulas closed http://bugs.debian.org/1130861, http://bugs.debian.org/1130861, and the closure seems to have happened less professionally than usual. I don't know the user, and I failed to find a webpage saying that he would belong to the Debian GNOME team officially. (I quote from https://www.debian.org/Bugs/Developer: https://www.debian.org/Bugs/Developer: “Normally, the only people that should close a bug report are the submitter of the bug and the maintainer(s) […]”) There seems to have been an upload of gnome-calculator to unstable by a user called Dawid Kulas https://qa.debian.org/developer.php?login=sp9ska@op.pl), https://qa.debian.org/developer.php?login=sp9ska@op.pl), but sp9ska at op.pl is different from an e-mail address used in http://bugs.debian.org/1130861#10 http://bugs.debian.org/1130861#10. I very much hope that I'm wrong about smelling something fishy here. Please double-check this, and, if necessary, take appropriate action (reopen the bug report, remove the upload if it hasn't been properly vetted). Best regards, Peter
