Bug#1136169: libgexiv2-dev: new upload breaks builds of reverse B-D: libgexiv2 is needed but not found

Control: reassign -1 src:gexiv2-0.14

The issue that I missed when sponsoring the gexiv2 updates is that
gexiv-0.14 needs to rename its binary packages. We noticed this on
Friday and I expect that it will be done within a few days.

Once that issue is fixed, viking will either need to update its
Build-Depends to libgexiv-2-0.14-dev or apply a patch to build with
the new gexiv2 0.16 API (which is provided in libgexiv2-dev). I
apologize that this ended up being more disruptive than it should have
been.
