[Pkg-gnupg-maint] Bug#737033: gnupg: Do not ship broken /usr/share/man/ru/man1/gpg.1.gz

Dear Maintainer,

The package currently contains broken russian manpage:

$ zcat /usr/share/man/ru/man1/gpg.1.gz
.TH /home/wk/s/gnupg/doc/gpg.ru.sgml 1
No man page due to missing docbook-to-man

This makes “man gpg” unuseful with Russian locale. I suggest you
to simply not ship that file.
