Regular pbuilder (and cowbuilder) requires root but pbuilder-uml
doesn't. I've never used pbuilder-uml but I assume it's as easy as the
other ones.

I'm about to upload the version I made. I did a bunch of manual
cleanup of tags and tried to preserve the other branches in case we
need to make anymore stable or oldstable releases. So if you did that
then by all means go ahead :) Otherwise I'll be done shortly.
