[Pkg-gnupg-maint] Backport of gpgme (needed for backport of gpa)

I talked with Daniel the other day about a backport of GPA - 
This requires backports of gpg-error 1.12 and gpgme 1.5.0, where the
gpg-error version is already taken care of in backports. However, gpgme
is only 1.4.3 in wheezy-backports, so I have taken a look at it and
made a branch available in gitorious:

https://gitorious.org/pkg-gpgme/pkg-gpgme

(I don't want to push to alioth without hearing from you first).

Now, making the changes in the git repo is the easy part, it's simply a
changelog entry for the backport, but since the requirements
(gpg-error) are only available in backports, building is a tiny bit
harder, but I have a package which I could upload (to mentors or to the
archive) - again, I don't want to do anything before letting you see my
work.

I have unfortunately not imported the backport that already is in
archive - what is your thoughts on this?
