[pkg-gnupg-maint] Bug#795821: gnupg-agent: gpg-agent manpage: claims that gpg starts the agent

The manpage says:

"The agent is automatically started on demand by gpg, gpgsm, gpgconf, or 
gpg‐connect‐agent."

But in Debian, gpg is GnuPG 1.4, which doesn't automatically start the 
agent. The sentence should probably read:

"... started on demand by gpg2, ..."
