thanks for doing that -- it looks like some of the retries are
successful and others were not, classic intermittent behavior :(

I'm not sure what this means -- who is "someone" and what  kind of
looking am i asking them to do?

I can always just roll a new version of the package with minor changes
and upload that myself without asking anyone, right?  I've done that
with 2.1.11-3, which should now dump the contents of gpgtar.test.log to
the build log if dh_auto_test fails.

I still don't think i understand the policy around access to requests for
retries.
