But still, that's does not explain why my key (a password-less ssh-key
in this case) is refused by the agent:
> sign_and_send_pubkey: signing failed: agent refused operation

Could the "agent" give me the *reason* why it didn't "want to sign"?
Any debugging/more verbose system here?
