[Debian GNUstep maintainers] backbone package for debian

bad idea to rename package and source names at his point of time. the
only thing you achieve is to delay the transition of all GNUstep
related packages to testing and the release of those packages as part
of sarge. what is so difficult to upload things first without renaming
everything?
