[Debian GNUstep maintainers] 1st batch of binNMUs for GNUstep transition

It looks like the core GNUstep libraries have been built on all
architectures.  Can you please schedule binNMUs for the following
packages:

The second batch of binNMUs will include the packages that build-depend
on the above packages:

- gnumail (depends on pantomime1.2, addresses-for-gnustep)
- gworkspace (depends on popplerkit.framework)
- lusernet.app (depends on pantomime1.2)
- talksoup.app (depends on gnustep-netclasses)
- viewpdf.app (depends on popplerkit.framework)
