Between working on my thesis, my Summer of Code project, and doing job
interviews, I unfortunately don't have time to look much more into this
at this point.

OK, part of the problem is that gnustep-base needs to build-depend on
texlive-base and texlive-latex-base instead of texlive-base-bin.  This
was preventing the PDF documentation from getting built.  (It looks like
gnustep-gui has the same problem.)

But even then, it seems like the PDF documentation isn't installed.


Another part of the problem is that autogsdoc isn't finding the DTD
files, because they haven't been installed in the system yet
(obviously), so the HTML documentation isn't being installed.  Fixing
this would involve tricking autogsdoc into looking in the Tools
directory for the DTDs (or somewhere else).


If anyone is able to look into this and maybe fix it, it would be
greatly appreciated.  The sources are all in our tla/arch repository on
Alioth.  Instructions on how to use the arch repository can be found at:
