[Debian GNUstep maintainers] updated GNUstep packages

As I mentioned in my previous email, we will be trying to update the
GNUstep packages in Debian to the latest upstream releases.  Most of the
transition should be able to be handled by binNMUs.  But the following
packages, AIUI, will be updated to newer upstream releases, so won't be
binNMUed:
- agenda.app
- gorm.app
- price.app
- projectcenter.app
- zipper.app
- terminal.app (no new upstream, but IIRC requires a small source change
  to compile against latest GNUstep)

When we do the transition, I will request that the following packages
are binNMUed.  Please make sure that your packages build properly
against the GNUstep packages that are currently in experimental.  If
there are any problems, let me know, and I will drop them from the list.
And, obviously, please fix the problems and prepare a new upload.
