[Debian GNUstep maintainers] updated GNUstep packages

I have just uploaded the latest GNUstep stable release to experimental.
It requires NEW processing, so hopefully it may not show up for a little
while.  You can also download them from my personal repository:
  http://debian.uhoreg.ca/experimental/gnustep/
(which is apt-gettable).

Please test your packages and make sure that they build properly against
the new release.
