Yes it does happen in this case too.

So far I don't observe this behavior. I tried Zipper, started it from
xterm. I can see that that Menu appeares; then I changed the focus back
to xterm window and after that I can reach anymore the Zipper's Manu
again. Must Ctrl-C in xterm window to quit it.
