[Debian GNUstep maintainers] Moving away from Alioth

I have registered a team at salsa.d.o [1]. Since this is going to be
the only Git hosting the Debian project will provide, there are no
other options. Eric/Gürkan, please create an account [2] if you
haven't done already and apply as members (alternatively, just give me
your usernames). I'll add you with roles "owner" to avoid single
point of failure if either of us goes MIA. You have to register your
SSH key(s) to be able to push/pull.

I started migrating the repositories, with aclock.app [3] being the
guinea pig (didn't want to risk with one of the core packages). After
migrating a repository, I'll lock the old one at Alioth. If you have
unpushed changes you can still push them at salsa, just change the
remote URL with `git config' or edit .git/config by hand.

I would like to rename some of the repositories (and the source
packages when the time comes):

addresses-for-gnustep -> gnustep-addresses
agenda.app -> simpleagenda.app
pantomime1.2 -> pantomime
pkg-gmastermind.app -> gmastermind.app
