Since going back to libgnutls13 1.4.2-2 solves the problem, and exim
hasn't changed there in a long time, I really really suspect a gnutls
issue.

I am therefore reassigning the bug.

GnuTLS people, if you disagree, please move the bug back to
exim4-daemon-heavy and notify exim4 at p.d.o.
