Bug#514578: please, print a warning

Hi.

I'm happy with solution "renew your certs", but it would be really nice
to get a warning before upgrade. Please, put a warning in NEWS and/or in
debconf, so that users who depends on MD5 cerst can do something BEFORE
it breaks.
