Good point, it would be nice to have something in NEWS or README.Debian
about this.  Having it in debconf seems annoying.  Which place is best?

However note that this was not intended to work in debian etch either
(which used gnutls 1.4.4), but did so just accidentally.  So as far as
documentation goes there hasn't been any change since debian etch.
