The problem you see is different from the original report.  I am cloning
the report into two different numbers so we can separate the
discussions.  As far as I can tell, your problem is actually caused by
the firewall and not by GnuTLS, so I am tentatively tagging your problem
as wontfix because there is nothing we can do about it (at least not
without breaking things like TLS 1.1 that we want to support).

I'll respond with more details once a new bug number has been assigned.
