Bug#587755: libgnutls26 breaks libsoup versions without the TLS 1.2 disabling

#576339 was a report from an epiphany user.

I just debugged a similar problem of a liferea user caused by the same
problem.

gnutls 2.10 breaks all libxoup versions without the fix for #576339
(as long as #576339 isn't fixed that means all libsoup versions in Debian),
and that has to be expressed with a Breaks in the dependencies.
