live and learn. I thought adding something always required NEW.

The main point is to drop gnutls26 eventually. Building libgnutls-dev
from gnutls28 again will probably be a step on that road.

* Check license compatibilty.
* There is API breakage.[1] Some functions have been dropped,
  multithreaded programs usually need a change. 
* Some packages  wich use both gcrypt and gnutls directly might need
  not only an added build-dependency on gcrypt but also updated
  autoconf code to add gcrypt, since it is no longer automatically
  pulled in by gnutls.
