Actually it was https://anonscm.debian.org/git/users/dkg/libksba.git ;-)

I have merged this to git.

This adds
E: libksba-mingw-w64-dev: non-empty-dependency_libs-in-la-file usr/i686-w64-mingw32/lib/libksba.la
E: libksba-mingw-w64-dev: non-empty-dependency_libs-in-la-file usr/x86_64-w64-mingw32/lib/libksba.la

Does mingw need the la files or can we drop them?

FWIW I have added you to the alioth project. I have not added you to
libksba uploaders in GIT without asking you, feel free to do so.
